This private aviation company has pioneered development and growth in the business aviation industry, achieving numerous industry-firsts. It provides aircraft management, private jet charter, and maintenance services worldwide, with a fleet of more than 140 business jet aircraft. Focused on sustainability, the company’s facilities have been certified carbon-neutral since 2019. The firm also provides annual scholarships to support the next generation of aviation professionals.


The client relied on several streams of manual-intensive work to manage trip requests, invoicing, charter calculations, and more. It
needed a more unified process to increase effciency and service in line with its values of being thoughtful, accountable, proactive, and making a difference.
